What is the difference between Online Quote and Direct Callback Jobs?Online Quotes Vs Direct Callback Jobs
- At WorkLocally, we know that just as all jobs are different, so are you and your needs. We have therefore developed two Job Post types, Direct Callback Jobs and Online Quote Jobs which we hope will cater for these different needs.
- A Direct Callback Job posting gives you the option of providing between 3 and 7 interested tradesmen or skilled people the opportunity to call you directly and provide a quote for your job. Direct Callback Jobs may therefore be more suitable for jobs where providing a quote is difficult without a site visit. You can view the profile, skills and previous feedback received by these tradesmen prior to, and after contact has been made, to choose the right tradesman for you*
- For quick and simple jobs you can even post a Direct Callback job post as a guest user, saving you time from registering to WorkLocally.
- With an Online Quote Job posting there is no limit to the number of tradesmen that can provide you with a quote. As with the Direct Callback Jobs you can view the profile, skills and feedback of the tradesmen to select the right tradesman for you. With our inbuilt messaging system you can also communicate with Job Seekers**
* See our section on HOW DO I DECIDE WHICH JOB SEEKER IS RIGHT FOR ME? for an overview of the Job Seekers Profile.** Only applies to jobs posted by Members and, although only WorkLocally Verified Job Seekers can reply to your messages, all Job Seekers who have quoted on your Job will be able to receive messages. -

What is the difference between Online Quote Job Posts and Direct Callback Job Posts?Online Quote Job vs Direct Callback Job Posts
- At WorkLocally we know that just as all jobs are different so are you and your needs. We have therefore developed two job posting types, Direct Callback Job Posts and Online Quote Job Posts which we hope will cater for these different needs.
- A Direct Callback Job Post gives the Job Poster the option of providing between 3 and 7 interested tradesmen the opportunity to call them directly and provide a quote for their job. Only paid and verified members can purchase these leads, there are a restricted number of leads available, sold on a first come first served basis. You are not required to provide a quote but make contact with the Job Poster at the earliest opportunity for the best chance of securing the lead.
- Direct Callback jobs may therefore be more suitable for jobs where providing a quote is difficult without a site visit.
- With an Online Quote job post there is no limit to the number of tradesmen that can provide a quote.
- For a detailed overview of the benefits of each Job Post Type please view our Post a Job. page
