What is the difference between Online Quote and Direct Callback Jobs?Online Quotes Vs Direct Callback Jobs
- At WorkLocally, we know that just as all jobs are different, so are you and your needs. We have therefore developed two Job Post types, Direct Callback Jobs and Online Quote Jobs which we hope will cater for these different needs.
- A Direct Callback Job posting gives you the option of providing between 3 and 7 interested tradesmen or skilled people the opportunity to call you directly and provide a quote for your job. Direct Callback Jobs may therefore be more suitable for jobs where providing a quote is difficult without a site visit. You can view the profile, skills and previous feedback received by these tradesmen prior to, and after contact has been made, to choose the right tradesman for you*
- For quick and simple jobs you can even post a Direct Callback job post as a guest user, saving you time from registering to WorkLocally.
- With an Online Quote Job posting there is no limit to the number of tradesmen that can provide you with a quote. As with the Direct Callback Jobs you can view the profile, skills and feedback of the tradesmen to select the right tradesman for you. With our inbuilt messaging system you can also communicate with Job Seekers**
* See our section on HOW DO I DECIDE WHICH JOB SEEKER IS RIGHT FOR ME? for an overview of the Job Seekers Profile.** Only applies to jobs posted by Members and, although only WorkLocally Verified Job Seekers can reply to your messages, all Job Seekers who have quoted on your Job will be able to receive messages. -

What is the difference between Online Quote Job Posts and Direct Callback Job Posts?Online Quote Job vs Direct Callback Job Posts
- At WorkLocally we know that just as all jobs are different so are you and your needs. We have therefore developed two job posting types, Direct Callback Job Posts and Online Quote Job Posts which we hope will cater for these different needs.
- A Direct Callback Job Post gives the Job Poster the option of providing between 3 and 7 interested tradesmen the opportunity to call them directly and provide a quote for their job. Only paid and verified members can purchase these leads, there are a restricted number of leads available, sold on a first come first served basis. You are not required to provide a quote but make contact with the Job Poster at the earliest opportunity for the best chance of securing the lead.
- Direct Callback jobs may therefore be more suitable for jobs where providing a quote is difficult without a site visit.
- With an Online Quote job post there is no limit to the number of tradesmen that can provide a quote.
- For a detailed overview of the benefits of each Job Post Type please view our Post a Job. page
-

- Direct Callback Job tokens can either be purchased singularly or in bulk. The more tokens you purchase up front the greater the discount you receive.
- To make a one off purchase, select the required token quantity by clicking on the radio button and then click "Buy Now". A pop-up will then appear for you to review your selected token quantity and the cost.

3.1 Online Quotes Job Posts:3. WAYS TO FIND WORK
Step one: once you have been notified of the acceptance of your Job Seeker Form and you become a Job Seeker, we will provide you with log in details to enable you to log on to our Site and review Job posts ("Job Posts") that detail specific work required by Job Posters;
Step two: in accordance with your membership tier (as set out in clause 4), you can quote ("Job Quote") for your work in completing the Job detailed in a Job Post ("Job Offer"). The Job Poster will then review your Job Offer together with other Job Seekers' Job Offers before accepting one of such Job Offers;
Step three: upon your Job Offer being accepted by a Job Poster, a contract will arise between you and the Job Poster and you and the Job Poster will gain access to each other's contact details and other relevant information about each other and the Job;
Step four: once the Job is complete, the Job Poster will confirm completion and the Job Quote will be paid by the Job Poster directly to you.
3.2 Direct Callback Job Posts:
Step one: to use the Direct Callback job post feature, a Job Seeker must purchase pre-paid tokens ("Callback Tokens"), but before doing so, they must be verified. To be verified, the Job Seeker must, (i) if a sole trader, provide a copy of their passport or driving licence and a recent utility bill, or (ii) if an independent person (neither a Sole Trader or a Company), provide a copy of their passport or driving licence and a recent utility bill, or (iii) if a company, provide a VAT number and their full company name and company number.
Step two: once verified, a Job Seeker must purchase Callback Tokens.
Step three: Job Posters can elect to post Jobs on our Site's Direct Callback job post feature ("Direct Callback Job Posts"). A Job Seeker can search the submitted Direct Callback Job Posts, and use their Callback Tokens to obtain the contact details of the Job Poster whose Direct Callback Job Post they want to work on. The Job Poster can then make direct contact with the Job Seeker, however work resulting from Direct Callback Job Posts is not guaranteed.
3.3 How long do Callback Tokens last: Callback Tokens last for six months from the date that they are purchased. If they are not used within that time, they will be lost without any refund or other compensation given to the Job Seeker.
3.4 Multiple Job Seekers: Once a Job Seeker has used a Callback Token to access the contact details of a Job Poster, other Job Seekers can still use their Callback Tokens to access the same contact details of the same Job Poster in relation to the same Direct Callback Job Post.
3.5 We are not responsible for delays: If the supply of the Site's features is delayed we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. We will not be liable for delays caused for any reason.
3.6 No redirection: You must not include hyperlinks to any website, including your website, in any Job Offer.

Further, if the first Membership Fee is paid on 29, 30 or 31 day of a month, any subsequent month that does not have a 29, 30 or 31 day will cause the Membership Fee to be payable on the last day of that month.

Purpose This section sets out our policy for responding to requests for deletion of data under UK data protection law. This document explains the rights of the data subject in relation to data deletion and the responsibilities of Ashford Technologies in responding to such a request.7. HOW YOU CAN REQUEST YOUR DATA TO BE DELETED
Individual Rights An individual has the right to erasure, also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’. The principle underpinning this right is to enable an individual to request the deletion or removal of personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing.
When does the right to erasure apply? As stipulated in UK data protection law, individuals have a right to have personal data erased and to prevent processing in specific circumstances:- Where the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected/processed;
- When the individual withdraws consent;
- When the individual objects to the processing and there is no other legal ground for the relevant processing activity;
- When the personal data was unlawfully processed;
- Where the personal data has to be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation.
How can data be deleted?
If you have subscribed to WorkLocally and wish to delete your account, simply access ‘Site Map’ in the footer under ‘Site Information’, and under ‘Service and Support’ you can click on ‘Delete Account’.
Please note that you must be logged into WorkLocally to delete your account. Once the closure survey has been completed your account will be deactivated from WorkLocally and will be scheduled for permanent deletion within 21 days.
If you log into your account within 21 days of deletion, your account will be reactivated.
Once profile data has been deleted from the WorkLocally system it cannot be recovered by any users or WorkLocally employees after this point.
Data which has been deleted or otherwise destroyed cannot be recovered at any time. Sufficient warning is given to the account administrator before data are permanently deleted. Data may remain in the systems back-up files, which will be deleted periodically.
Information may be deleted from our CRM upon request to admin@worklocally.com.
